Enjoy the homestead experience at Heroes Homestead. Take a private tour of the grounds, explore composting methods, help prepare the growing beds, learn about small livestock care, collect eggs and more. We'll explore cell structures, soil samples, and daily homestead care. Workshops and activities geared for age groups from 4-7, 8-12, 13-16.
Pack a lunch, bottled water and sunblock.
Parents must remain onsite. No childcare available. Fees are per child registered. Veteran and military families are free.

Family Fun Day of picking apples, making handpressed apple cider, homestead tours, and various homestead activities to take in the season with joy!

Thanksgiving Gathering with Heroes, is a gathering of our veteran families and active military and first responders. Let’s gather together for a holiday spread of food and usher in joy. Kids will enjoy an activity area beside a cozy fire. Smoked turkey and traditional sides will spoil your taste buds! This is a time set aside for our Heroes and your families. Come join us. Make this holiday as special as any! There is a seat for you!

Fortifying families is a big focus at Heroes Homestead and we love creating play focused opportunities for kids and adults to find that inner joy!
Abigail's Garden Party was started by Abigail when she was 9 years old. Growing food was a skill she learned, with her mother, when her father was disabled related to military service. She in turn wants to help others find fortitude and resilience in the face of life's challenges.
Whether helping serve, harvesting for the hungry, or playing in Heroes Kids Playyard- laughter and fun is abundant at Heroes Homestead.

Designed as an interactive camping trip for parents and children to enjoy! Come make the connection- intentionally for memories to enjoy for a lifetime.
Family activities include high ropes course, fishing, swimming, bike riding, boating, hiking, pancake breakfast, s'mores and coffee bar.
Together we will build a Mission Statement your family can rally around, and explore daily rhythms that help support the personalities in your family best!

Heroes Date Nights are intended to build deeper connections with your spouse and an opportunity to make new friends. Together we'll learn how to grow a lifelong marriage. These outings are enriching all around!
